Paipai Earrings

These stunning earrings have been handmade with great care using parchment and brass. It is much more beautiful than in the image here.

The craftsmanship and detail are exceptional.

It has a brass centre giving it a mat gold colour and then a four layered petal shape made from light fine leather.

Parchment is a leather that has been recovered from luthiers, artisans of traditional instruments nearby, and then recycled to turn it into jewellery and thus giving it a second life to a noble and natural material. We hand-dye the leather using only natural dyes.
